Students have to satisfy each of the following requirements to apply for SCP:

• Levels and Prerequisites: Enrolled students in a college/university. Students who are not current undergraduate students may apply, and SCP Admissions Committee will evaluate his/her candidacy on an individual basis.

• GPA Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA equivalent of 2.0/4.0 (3.0/4.0 or better for taking three courses; students whose GPA are less than 3.0 but insist to take three courses need to sign a <Declaration of Effort>).

• Proficiency in English: Students should meet at least ONE of the following criteria to satisfy SCP’s English language proficiency requirement:

1. Native English speaker;

2. Currently attending or graduated from a college/high school where English is the teaching language;

3. Have a valid TOEFL score which at least 80 (Internet-based Test);

4. Have a valid IELTS score of at least 6.0;

5. Successfully passed CET-4 or other equivalent standard tests;

6. Successful completion of a phone/Skype interview conducted in English by SCP Admissions Officers. (Email info@scpeducation.org to schedule)
