PayPal (3.9% Convenience Fee)(USD or CAD)

Use your Visa, Master, American Express credit cards, debit cards/check, or PayPal account to make a payment. A 3.9% Convenience Fee will be charged. This Fee will be included in your total payment and is non-refundable. The Convenience Fee will be displayed prior to completion of the transaction and the charge for the Convenience Fee will be included in the total transaction posted to your credit card statement.
