By May 28, 2020 (inclusive), students will receive a full refund if they apply for droping course. Specific information is as follows:

-       Students can apply for droping one/ two/ three courses.

-       All transaction fees occurred during transaction are not refundable.

-       Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be processed.

※Email us at finance@scpaustralia.org, and submit cancellation request.

※No refund will be given in cash.

※All refund will be given in the same currency as they are paid.

※Refund will only be returned to the person who send it.

※ Since September 16, 2020, we will only accept the payment in RMB per the requirement of related national department. If you pay in foreign currency, your tuition will get returned automatically. If you have paid in foreign currency and request refund of tuition after September 16, 2020, we can only refund your tuition in RMB based on the exchange rate of the day we refund you the money and the exchange rate we use is provided by Bank of China.

Students must fill out the SCP Refund Form [Download] and email scanned copy to finance@scpeducation.org with a copy of their photo ID to apply for a cancellation.
