Refund Policies

Refunds can be granted by the Finance Office after a student applies for dropping course(s) from SCP International Summer School before the published deadlines.

- Dropping courses mean dropping 1/2/3 course(s) in host university

- All transaction fees having occurred during the transaction are nonrefundable

- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed

※ All refund request must be in written and sent to finance@scpeducation.org

※ No refund will be given in cash.

※ All refund will be given in the same currency as they are paid.

※ Refund will only be returned to the person who send it.

 

Submit Cancelation Request

Students must fill out theSCP Refund Form [download]and email a scanned copy to finance@scpeducation.org with a copy of their photo ID to apply for a cancelation.
