1. About SCP

Summer China Program (“SCP”) International Summer School, supervised by China Education Association for International Exchange, is dedicated to providing world-class higher education in China. SCP allows students to take courses of general education and Asian language and studies, gain invaluable internship experience with Fortune 500 companies in a dynamic economy, and enjoy a packed calendar of social, cultural, and business development programs.

Our Mission

We aim to promote educational and cultural exchange between China and the world through shared academic, internship and life experiences in China.

Economics, Accounting, Management, Art History, Humanity, History, Philosophy, Sociology, Political Science, Math, Statistics, Writing, Speaking, Computer Science... 4. Criteria in selecting faculty
a) Passionate about teaching in China, energetic, deeply care about students, have great students feedback
b) Attractive course offerings (if the faculty need to choose from their own specialties)
c) Teach only in his or her specialty fields
d) Title: Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, etc
e) PhD degree from a fine higher institution
f) Great student rating/ feedback

5. Compensation and Benefits

8. Application

Application Form 

Application Period: usually August - Oct is our recruiting period for next summer.

9. Application Process

a) Submit Application Form online (before the deadline mentioned in the invitation email)

b) Review your application form by the Academic Council

c) Email confirmation to selected professors about host university, benefits, and courses teaching

d) Selected professors should submit syllabus for the courses to pass by SCP and the host university

e) Sign contract and prepare on visa and other pre-departure matters
